  Where do I even start? Town Creek Family Dentistry has not only given me the best dental care that I have ever received but also sets a new standard for how a dentist office should be. Once other offices catch on to what this office has done, they will follow. To start, when you enter this office you are greeted by a friendly staff member and engulfed in an "at home" feel complete with comfortable couches and futuristic seating. My wait was minimal and once called upon, I was taken back to the procedural rooms ( I was told to go to room 2, which is clearly marked for ease of access) in which I was greeted by a dental assistant. At this point, I sit in an extremely comfortable dental chair and notice that it is also a fully controllable massage chair complete with heat and different modes of function. I could not believe it but you have to try it out! I would drive a good distance just to use this office! So as I sit in the dental chair, fully relaxed, I am leaned back to also find out there is a tv directly above that allows me to feel 110% at home and watch what id like. Honestly it was better than home because I do not have a heated massage chair! Throughout my cleaning I had a nice conversation with the dental assistant and just like that, I was done. In and done, pain free!!! Once my cleaning was finished, I had the option to stay laid back and enjoy my massage until Dr. Beeler, a fellow veteran and dental specialist, came in to finish the cleaning process. He was in very quickly and wrapped up the process in no time! I was so impressed with the entire experience I had to write a review. I felt at home the entire time and you could feel this way too at Town Creek Family Dentistry located in Lenoir City, TN! The only complaint I have is that I had to leave! Please go try out this dental office and experience the future of dentistry!

  Excellent service and remarkable staff! After years of oral health neglect on my part the staff evaluated my situation without judgement. They devised a plan of action that worked for me. The staff made a not so pleasant situaton a great experience by their caring and exceptional team!!

  Both my husband and I just moved to the area and had our first appointment with Dr. Beele. We found his office to be very clean and up to date with the latest equipment. His staff was friendly, helpful and forthright with regard to what was and what wasn't covered by our insurance before any procedures were done so there were no surprises. Our initial exam and cleaning were thorough and comfortable. We are very happy with our choice for dentist!
